With more than 31 years in the title insurance industry, Chad Decker has truly held just about every seat at the table and now steps into his new role as President of Ticor Title of Texas, serving the Austin market. From starting as a part-time receptionist and file clerk while pursuing a college degree, to becoming a respected leader in the Austin market, his journey reflects hard work, dedication, and a deep understanding of this business from the ground up.Chad has served as an Escrow Officer, Manager and Chief Title Officer, and most recently as President, for several local title and escrow firms. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for building teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering reliable, efficient closings for clients across the region.
What sets Chad apart is his belief that every transaction deserves the same level of care, whether it involves a multi-million dollar commercial development or a first-time homebuyer purchasing their very first home. Drawing on his background in education, he is passionate about developing strong teams and creating processes that make life easier for both employees and customers.
