Haide Gonzalez
Business Development
Haide Gonzalez brings a relationship-first approach to everything she does, shaped by more than a decade of helping people feel supported, valued, and genuinely taken care of. For the past 12 years, she served as Director of Membership Sales at several golf and country clubs throughout the Austin area, where she grew membership, built lasting client relationships, and most recently helped guide a club through a full rebrand and a three-year renovation, balancing member experience and business growth through a major period of change. Now she’s bringing that same energy to the title industry. While Haide is new to title and escrow, the heart of her work has not changed: understanding what each person really needs and becoming someone they can count on well beyond a single transaction. Her referral partners describe her as trustworthy, relationship-driven, and dependable, and she takes pride in always doing what she says she’s going to do.
For Haide, a successful closing is about more than the deal itself. It’s a client who felt well cared for throughout the process and who trusts her enough to come back and refer others. That continued trust is how she measures a job well done. Her guiding principle says it best: treat every relationship as more than a transaction, lead with honesty, follow through on your commitments, and make sure every client feels valued, supported, and confident.
Haide was born and raised in Round Rock and knows the Austin market well. Her community involvement is currently centered in Westlake, and she looks forward to becoming more active in the Williamson County area where she lives. She holds a degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and yes, she used to sing opera. She still sings today, mostly for fun, whenever there’s a mariachi nearby or a karaoke mic within reach.
Outside of work, Haide loves traveling with her husband, exploring new places and cultures, dancing, running Town Lake, spending time with family, and playing with her puppy, Kobe. She also challenges herself with Solidcore classes, though she admits to questioning that decision about halfway through each one.
“My goal is to make every client feel valued, every partnership feel genuine, and every interaction build the trust that lasts long after the transaction is complete.”
