As President of Ticor Title of Texas, based in Dallas Forth Worth, he brings a proven ability to scale operations, build high-performing teams, and lead successfully in highly competitive markets.Prior to joining Ticor Title, Luke held a senior executive role leading a major title operation in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, where he helped drive a meaningful period of growth, operational success, and market leadership. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on elevating service quality, strengthening customer relationships, and creating operational consistency across title and escrow functions.
His background also includes leadership positions such as Vice President and Escrow Officer, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the client-facing and operational sides of the business. He is known for his strategic mindset, steady leadership, and commitment to building strong cultures grounded in professionalism, accountability, and performance.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is committed to investing in future industry talent through mentorship and leadership development.
